A new veteranary deal and Horizon research funding agreements while worthy aren’t likely to suddenly turn the UK’s growth prospects. Unlike Single Market membership through EFTA/EEA as a catch all solution to placate both moderate leavers and Pro Europeans and why this is not at the forefront of Labour Party policy is a shame for the Country.
